We accept new passport applications, look them over, and send them on to be made.

We can help you look over your renewal to make sure you did it correctly before you send it in.

Proof of Identity - example: Driver's License
Proof of Citizenship - example: Birth Certificate
Proof of any name chages - example: Marriage certificate, original adoption papers, etc.
Your application - You can fill this out online and print it, print it off and fill it out, or request a copy from us to fill out.

How much time should I plan for?
Plan for 15 minutes to 45 minutes depending on the amount of family members need passports.

What hours are your passport services available?
We can do passports between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekdays (latest appt at 4:15PM),
and until 7:00 PM on Wednesdays (latest appt 6:15PM).
Please call ahead to schedule an appointment, as we only have two staff currently able to help.
